[U-Boot-Users] Disable internal PCI arbiter

Hi,

How do I disable the internal PCI arbiter:

PCI async ext clock used, internal PCI arbiter enabled
--- 8< 8< 8< ---

I hoped disabling CFG_CMD_PCI would do it, but no?!
