[U-Boot-Users] [PATCH] Use ${CROSS_COMPILE} iso mips-linux- as cross-compile prefix

CHANGELOG
*  Building mips with a different cross-compiler (eg: 
mipsel-unknown-linux- from crosstools)  then mips-linux- fails. The 
solution is to use the environment variable ${CROSS_COMPILE} instead of 
fixed cross-compiler "mips-linux-" prefix.
