U-Boot 0.3.0 is too old and cannot be compiled with  recent  versions
of  GCC.  GCC-3.x  requires a few adaptions which were added in later
versions of U-Boot.

Pleas euse current code (I hope whoever provided  the  port  to  your
board cared to send his patches upstream).
