[U-Boot-Users] AT91RM9200 writing on at49bv6414 flash takes 30min

Hello,
the following problem:
When I try to flash my 7MByte image from SDRAM to the At49bv6416 flash on my
AT91RM9200EK Board, it takes almost 30 minutes.
the command I use is:
"cp.b <source_ad> <dest_ad> <size>"
The time for  reading and erasing the flash seems to be ok.
I´m using the u-boot1.1.2 release.

Does anyone knows this problem, is there a bug in the flash.c write-function
?
