Wolfgang,

I'll submit something early next week.  I'm currently unable to spend
cycles.  Your suggested compile work around seems fine as what is on
head isn't currently in a workable state.

Where it left last, I'll do a pull and submit to just fix internals.
Then we will see about the cfi_flash driver.

GP_DEVICE has had two definitions I'm not sure how they crossed in the
patch order.
