Eh.. According to the 8260 Users manual it is excactly opposite...
(8260UM ch 5.4)
RSTCONF should be tied to GND for reading HRCW from EPROM. RSTCONF
should
be tied to VCC for slave configuration or if you want to use the default
all 0 HRCW.
