Yes, the CSB637 doesn't have serial dataflash but I added it.  So can U-boot 
just reside in the dataflash at address 0 or do I need to make modifications 
to it first?

Yes, I saw that earlier.  I just found it strange that the ATMEL boot 
loaders are designed for U-Boot and run U-Boot by copying it from dataflash 
to SDRAM and then jumping to address 0.
