In the cpu/arm926ejs/start.S file, it says "Jump vector table as in table
3.1 in [1]".  

What is [1]? 

 I'd like to find out where this vector table was published in order to
understand further.

Can't trace the reference (probably an early ARM SDK manual) but this is a
standard
ARM exception vector table.
