[U-Boot-Users] download from ftp

Hello,
Can anyone tell me how to download the file 
ftp://customer:xilinx@.../upload/xapp542.zip ? Shall I use 
"lists.sourceforge.net" to replace the three points after xilinx@? I cannot 
get this file from the ftp. I am new for this maillist. So please forgive 
me for such a stupid question.
