[U-Boot-Users] [PATCH] PCIE endpoint support for AMCC yucca 440spe in uboot

Added code to setup 440SPE as PCI-E endpoint device in u-boot. This code
has been tested with 2 yucca boards , one as endpoint device and other
as root point.
