[U-Boot-Users] tftp can not load file!

Dear,
    My uboot1.1.4 has working on my board,but tftp has not working normally.
   During using tftp,that following:
   
  =>tftp 0x100000 pImage
     using FCC1 Ethernet device
     TFTP from server 192.168.1.10,Our IP address is 192.168.1.6
     Filename 'pImage'
     loading address : 0x100000
     loading : fec: tx error
     T fec :tx buffer not ready
     fec:tx buffer not ready
     T fec :tx buffer not ready
     _
   
  Tftp can not load file to sdram or flash, please help me.Why is it?
