Yes, sure. The "Hammer" compiler has its issues, it has bitten me
before and will likely bite me again. The sad fact remains that I'm
forced to work with it, after all.
The world is not perfect and we have to deal with it. And I'd claim
that compilers aren't perfect and programs have to deal with it as
well, within reason. Would it be unreasonable to have a workaround
for this problem in U-Boot?
