	modified: drivers/usbtty.c
		Adds CDC ACM USB rs232 emulation layer.
		Adds flow control support for USB console.
		Adds data-resend support for USB console
		Adds "usbtty" environment variable which can be set to cdc_acm
		or gserial. Works with Linux, Windows driver has some ... issues
