Oh.... I have overseen that - thank you. Fixed at at attached patch.
I have removed line 180. Here the extended CHANGELOG entry

CHANGELOG:
* Several improvements to the new NAND subsystem: JFFS2 related commands
 implemented in mtd-utils style, support for bad blocks, bad block testing
 commands, NAND lock commands. Implements missing commands "nand markbad" and
 "nand scrub"

I couldn't implement the "biterr" command. I was not sure what you meant with
it? Maybe wrong ECC in OOB? So this may be an isue for the next patch...
