Hi Fredrik

I too am working with a mpc83xx(8323) based board and I am struggling
with
getting the ethernet drivers working and I can't find out why only
one(UCC3) works
and the other two(UCC2 and UCC4) dosn't. I wonder why you had modify the
flat tree stuff 
to get your board working? Is the current impl. buggy?
