I couldn't find the old uboot config so I updated the eval board to
u-boot 1.2.0 and it fixed the problem.

Now I'm back to an older problem of not being able to open the boot console.
Kernel command line: console=ttyPSC0,115200
mtdparts=physmap-flash.0:256k(ubootl),1792k(kernel),13312k(jffs2)......

uboot 1.2.0 is way faster!
