[U-Boot-Users] Memory mapped Compact Flash support

Michael,

we have a couple of boards (PLU405, CPCI405*, HH405, VOH405, APC405, ...)
that have memory mapped CF slot onboard. So that's no a big deal
and U-Boot's IDE sub system will do it.

You will not have to write much code for your board.
