This commit shouldn't have gone in:  
9468e6804b7e25b0f6f52e53f47bce3175400a16

My patch was as hack, Ed patch - "fsl_pci_init - Remove self PCSRBAR  
allocation" is a cleaner version.

We should revert 9468.. and apply Ed's version.
