[U-Boot-Users] ROTALIGN Alpha support

Hello,

This patch adds support for Pruftechnik's ROTALIGN Alpha board. 

The patch allows to upload and flash Linux, then boots it.

The second flash bank and SMC9196 chip do not work yet.
