[U-Boot-Users] [GIT PULL] MIPS updates

Dear Wolfgang,

please pull MIPS updates. These patches contain build fixes, style
cleanups and trivial optimizations. I also note that the results of
MAKEALL mips/mips_el are good for the next release.
