[U-Boot-Users] [PATCH] Resend: updates for the TQM8xx board family

Hi,

the following patches are updates of patches for the TQM8xx board
family, which received a NAK in the first try.

If the patches are ok this time, or I didn't get negative feedback,
I will push it to the u-boot-tq-group.git custodian tree and send a
please-pull request once the merge window is open again.
