[U-Boot-Users] driver for Micrel's KS884X Ethernet controller

I am using Micrel's KS884x Ethernet controller in my board (MPC5200B
processor)

Where can I find suitable driver for Micrel's KS884X Ethernet controller
which is supported by U-Boot 1.2.0
