[U-Boot-Users] What's the Difference between u-boot-1.3.0-rc2 and u-boot-1.2.0?

Besides bug-fixes and modification, are there some new features added
into it after Version 1.2.0?

The bone change is 8 months of intensive work of many , many engineers.

In short: it's a new, heavily reworked version with lots of changes,
additions and fixes.
