means don't have any undefined command.

Here is my question:
If content in flash and RAM are totally different, does it mean my RAM not
initialized correctly? Or they are supposed to be different?

The stop address is
     ldr pc, _data_abort
in start.S

What's the possible reason to stuck at data_abort?
