I'm not clear here - are you saying that the arm compiler options,
in the current U-Boot head, prevent one or more boards building with 

arm-linux-gcc (GCC) 4.0.0 (DENX ELDK 4.1.4.0.0) 

(excluding build systems which treat all warnings as errors)?

If so, please supply details.
