See for  example  http://www.denx.de/wiki/view/DULG/DiskOnChip  DOn't
worry  about  the  dead  links  - AFAICT none of the boards currently
available in the DULG uses DOC.

Your system is not "BIOSless". It is running U-Boot.

I don;t understand what you mean. U-Boot is a boot loader, and it's
purpose is to initialize the hardware. So what exactly are you asking?
