What do you want to debug? U-Boot itself? Then  use  a  BDI3000  over
ethernet. Linux? Use a BDI3000.

Of course U-Boot has serial and network drivers.

Also, you can enable the "bedbug" embedded debugger on many platforms.

However, I have no idea what your question actually is about...
