How did you come to choose 0xc1000000 - which as you say is Reserved?

Unless you have modified your AB accordingly you must expect problems
using a reserved address....

Try somewhere in SDRAM 0x000000 - 0x07FFFFFF
(depending on your switch settings) as per your manual
