[U-Boot-Users] warning unable to open inital console

Hello all,

I have mpc8313erdb board and trying to boot kernel from NAND flash ...
Everything is fine but finally it stops and says;

I tried with init=linuxrc (symbolic link to bin/busybox) but still says the
same error as mentioned above ...

What argument I should pass init= xxxx ...
