[U-Boot-Users] Set manually tsec speed in u-boot 1.2.0

Hi all,

 

is there a way to set the tsec speed in u-boot (v1.2.0) manually to
100Mbit? Because u-boot always uses 1Gbit although the 

link speed is fixed set(in windows) to 100Mbit.
