[U-Boot-Users] [PATCH 08/26] AT91CAP9ADK: Normalize BOOTARGS

This patch adapts CONFIG_BOOTARGS to the chosen boot method (boot from
DataFlash or from NAND), and gives to Linux a fully specified mtdparts
variable.
