[U-Boot] u-boot couldn't be started from flash

My  board is marvell db88rc8180 , and its core is arm926ej,
there are five memory chips on the board, each of them is 64M, and one of 
them is
used as ECC, NOR flash model and size : intel series, 16M
The u-boot version is 1.1.1, but it has been merged with marvell's own 
u-boot patch.
