[U-Boot] Cleanup of legacy NAND / DiskOnChip code needed

Hello,

please note that starting with commit 99067b08f4 the legacy NAND
subsystem has been disabeled, because it has been marked (for a long
time!) for feature removal after April 2009 (i.e. with this upcoming
release). This also affects DiskOnChip support on some boards.

In the result, support for the following boards is broken:

BMW NETPHONE PCIPPC2 PM828
CPU86 NETTA PCIPPC6 PMC440
CPU87 NETTA2 PIP405 RBC823
GEN860T NETTA_ISDN PM520 SXNI855T
MIP405 NETVIA_V2 PM826 svm_sc8xx

You are listed as maintainer for one or more of these boards, or
oherwise known as source of the original patch or someone who has a
certain interest in these boards.

Please provide patches that either fix the problems (adapt your board
to the new NAND subsystem, fix DoC support) or disable the respective
features from your board configuration so these at least continue to
build and run cleanly, even if with reduced functionality; please see
http://www.denx.de/wiki/U-Boot/Patches for instructions how to submit
patches.

Patches should be submitted not later than May 22, so that there will
be enough time for test and integration into the upcoming release
(see schedule at http://www.denx.de/wiki/U-Boot/ReleaseCycle).

Please note that code for broken (non-compiling or known to be
non-working) and unmaintained boards may be removed from the U-Boot
source tree one or two releases after that.

Thanks.
