[U-Boot] BDI2000 Configure file question for GDB on MPC8458

Make sure that the BDI is not doing any initialization of the board that
could be confusing u-boot.

This one in particular will kill anything that was expecting CCSRBAR to
be at the hardware reset value.

This has nothing to do with TLBs; it is the physical address of CCSR that
was changed.
