[U-Boot] ARM Status?

Dear Jean-Christophe,

can you please update me on the status of the ARM repository, and
provide some forecast when you will send a pull request?

The merge window was closed two weeks ago, and still I have not seen a
pull request for ARM!

Please understand this is becoming really urgent now.
