Combined with commit 52b1bf2c:

	Make linking against libgcc configurable

I can run a "USE_PRIVATE_LIBGCC=yes ./MAKEALL arm" with an EABI
conformant tool chain (ELDK 4.2) without any related issues.

It would be great if you all could test this, so we can get this in as
quickly as possible.
