These are pretty basic changes and don't support having more than one 
device.  Is that appropriate for this architecture (I know nothing about 
microblaze)?  I'd prefer for the device to contain state and device 
information (an object, if you will), but if there can only be one 
emaclite on an FPGA, then I guess this is OK.

Same comment as the other driver - this only allows a single instance.  
Please consider encapsulating things like base addresses in the dev 
struct, then you can have multiple instances.
