[U-Boot] Broken OMAP3 EVM and SMDKC100

Doing ./MAKEALL ARM_CORTEX_A8 with recent mainline head, omap3_evm and 
smdkc100 fail with

Just fyi, in case somebody has time to look into this.

Ah, and omap3_evm additionally has
