[U-Boot] v2009.01-rc3 is out - update of release schedule

Hi everybody...

v2009.01-rc3 has just been released.

Please help testing. If no new bugs are found and/or other urgent
stuff needs to get pulled I plan to release v2009.01 on Wednesday,
January 21.
