[U-Boot] What is the purpouse of reloc_dst symbol?

Hi all,
I'd like to link u-boot putting the code into my nor flash; the variables into 
on chip (sh2a 7203) ram; where do need to put  got section,  u_boot_cmd ? In 
ram or in flash?

Sorry but I'm new of u-boot and os based boards.
