[U-Boot] sram

hi,

I am using at91rm9200dk board 
in this external RAM is 32 MB is using 
In the uboot we are mapping this ram  So what about our internal ram of
AT91rm9200 ( 16K Bytes of SRAM )
don't we use it ?
