U-Boot 1.3.3 is very old (2 years), as is Linux 2.6.25 (2 years).

I strongly recommend to update to current code (U-Boot v2009.11.1 or
v2010.03-rc2, and Linux 2.6.33.1 or 2.6.34-rc2) and try again with
this.
