[U-Boot] Mapping of DDR parameters to manufacturers SPD data for specific DDR

Hello,

I'm trying to configure an MPC8641D design to utilize 'memory down' (i.e. with no SPD) so the SPD params need to be hard-coded. It looks like this is possible through undef of CFG_SPD_EEPROM. However, I'm having a difficult time correlating the u-boot params such as CFG_DDR_CS0_BNDS, etc to the SPD params on the memory manufacturers SPD data sheet. Is there some cheater document available for this?
