- edminiv2 changes

Right. Heiko and me will probably add fixes for armv7 and arm1136
(which later will be squashed into the ELF patch, like other patches
that need to be done for the remaining processors).
Heiko and me will also provide some patches for other boards, like
tx25, magnesium, qong, and beagle.

No. Please submit it now. We can keep this in the elf_reloc branch. I
will just squash all "ELF patch" related commits before pulling into
mainline.
