[U-Boot] [PATCH V2] update SMDK2410 port

This patch brings the SMDK2410 port in sync with the latest U-Boot
version by doing the following:
 - do the necessary adjustments to support the ARM relocation feature
 - use the CFI flash driver (and removing the old one)
 - remove the unneeded config.mk file
