[U-Boot] CONFIG_SYS_FLASH_USE_BUFFER_WRITE breaks writing with M29W640 parts

Not that I am aware of. I am using it on all my Intel/Numonyx and AMD/Spansion 
NOR flash equipped boards without any issues. I don't remember using it on a 
ST device though. Not sure what's going wrong there, sorry.
