[sp] I have personally found Realterm quite good specifically for
for attaching timing info to the prints received.
It is available at: http://realterm.sourceforge.net/
For measurement, I send the output directly to a log file - not
displayed on the screen.
BTW, Teraterm is my choice for regular use.
