[U-Boot] sbc8548 NOT broken

Hello Mr. Denk,

	Removing the setting of OPTFLAGS has allowed the compilation
	of u-boot for the sbc8548 to succeed.

	Thank you to Mr. Gala for suggesting that I remove that.
	My fault for having it in there.

	I am not able to quote the previous email at the moment,
	because the mail program seems to be inserting something
	that is causing my email to be rejected.
