It follows the recommendations from doc/README.drivers.eth about line
175 - 185:

#if defined(CONFIG_MII) || defined(CONFIG_CMD_MII)
miiphy_register(dev->name, mii_read, mii_write);
#endif

... only that I previously exclude the condition to an error. I've fixed
the error string.

Currently no. We need a proper DMA buffer allocation for Microblaze. If
we have that, than we can move the DMA buffer and descriptor allocation
into the init function.

But you are right. The current situation makes me not happy too. We can
use the driver code never in parallel actions. Multiple Ethernet
instances would share this global Rx/Tx buffers / structs. That is bad.

I will change this as fas as possible. As already said, we need a proper
DMA buffer allocation ...

We need to avoid endless loops, see below. Unfortunately the Xilinx
documentation say we have to poll but not how long. So we try out as
long as my gut feeling would think.

That's so for ll_temac_dma_error() and ll_temac_dmac_error().

All other funcrions will be called from core driver code:
ll_temac_init_*(), ll_temac_halt_*(), ll_temac_reset_*(),
ll_temac_recv_*(), ll_temac_send_*().
