[U-Boot] Accessing MC13783 RTC registers

Hi,

Running U-boot from top of tree imx git I get the following when
trying to access the MC13783 RTC registers via 'date' command:

MX31PDK U-Boot > date
<reg num> = 22 is invalid. Should be less than 0
## Get date failed

Does anyone else see this same problem on other boards?
